David is the founder of Tozer and Co. an Australian family office. David is a highly experienced investor across multiple markets and situations covering institutional and SME markets.

David was a Founding Partner and primary bank licensee of Houlihan Lokey Australia and led its restructuring, distressed debt and special situations practice winning multiple deal of the year awards. He completed the ABN AMRO global graduate program based in London.

David has a bachelor of Laws and Finance (LLB B.Com) from UNSW graduating as an AXISS Scholar. He completed CFA I & II and was an authorised adviser in the UK covering M&A, securities and derivatives.

Joseph Marks is an accomplished aviation professional and the Founding Director of Simcheck, a leading name in aviation training solutions. With a Bachelor of Aviation and extensive experience as a General Aviation and Airline Pilot, Joseph has flown for various domestic and international airlines, bringing a wealth of operational expertise to the industry.

Holding an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) and an Instructor Rating, Joseph is also a skilled educator and co-author of training manuals and academic course materials. With deep regulatory expertise in ICAO 9625, EASA CS-FSTD(H), FAA Part 60, and CASA CASR 142, Joseph has been instrumental in developing compliant and innovative training programs.

Combining technical knowledge, regulatory insight, and strong Business Development and Customer Liaison skills, Joseph continues to drive Simcheck’s mission of excellence in aviation training.
